About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, improving user experience, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)
  • Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, sales events, and product launches. This includes inter-platform marketing effort (banner, bundle deals, keyword ads, listing ranking)
  • Forecast and communicate with procurement team to ensure consistent stock level and healthy inventory turnover
  • Responsible for inventory management
  • Optimize product listings including pricing, descriptions, images, and categorization to improve visibility and conversion
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on content, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment
  • Analyse website performance, traffic, and customer behavior. Analyze sales data and provide insights and reports on store performance and post campaigns

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Lazada Seller Centre, Shopee Seller Centre, or similar
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with digital tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
