Job description

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Jewellery online store end-to-end — from daily operations and product management to sales performance, customer experience, and growth initiatives.

E-Commerce Operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of JOEI’s e-Commerce store

  • Oversee product uploads, pricing, inventory syncing, and website updates

  • Ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and returns

  • Maintain site functionality, accuracy, and user experience

Sales & Performance Management
  • Drive online sales through campaigns, drops, bundles, and promotions

  • Track key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, sales)

  • Prepare basic performance reports and insights

Retail & Omnichannel Integration
  • Ensure inventory accuracy between retail and online channels

  • Support omnichannel initiatives (online-to-store, store fulfilment)

  • Coordinate closely with retail operations for launches and stock planning

Customer Experience
  • Own end-to-end online customer journey

  • Manage customer enquiries, after-sales service, exchanges, and repairs

  • Improve retention, repeat purchase, and loyalty initiatives

Content & Merchandising
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand standards

  • Work with content/creative teams on product photos and videos

  • Optimise product pages for clarity and conversion

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail

  • Hands‑on experience managing WooCommerce (or similar CMS)

  • Strong understanding of online retail operations and fulfilment

  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and commercially minded

  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑growing brand environment

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or paid ads

  • Photography or content familiarity
