Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand our client base through cold calling.
• Attend to sales enquiries on various platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Create customer orders on the admin system and allocate appointments on Handyman apps.
• Prepare quotations after receiving updates from the operations team.
• Follow up on quotations to close deals.
• Share the company portfolio and inform customers about in-house services.
• Coordinate with the operations team for job quotation clarifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
