Job Title : Bus Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Duties: Operate buses on designated routes, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Navigate through both urban and suburban areas, complying with road safety regulations and traffic rules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and functionality.
• Passenger Interaction: Greet passengers, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled, to ensure a comfortable journey.
• Ensure that passengers board and alight safely at designated stops.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures in case of accidents or breakdowns.
• Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or delays to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with public transportation guidelines and laws.
• Ticketing and Fare Collection (Public Buses): Monitor passenger boarding to ensure fare payments are made using the proper systems.
• Maintain records of the number of passengers and any incidents during shifts.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the bus, reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance.
