Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM data management according to project requirements.
• Proficiency in civil and structural drafting.
• Able to prepare and compile transmittal drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Any other duties assigned
