About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Design Drafter who is proficient in Coohom to support our design team. You will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and visualizations to bring design concepts to life, ensuring they align with project requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using Coohom.
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and presentations.
• Work closely with designers to refine layouts and propose practical design solutions.
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from designers and clients.
• Support project teams with drafting requirements for residential and/or commercial projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 year experience in interior design drafting.
• Proficiency in Coohom added advantage.
• Strong eye for design, detail, and spatial planning.
• Ability to interpret sketches and convert ideas into workable drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Singaporeans only.
