Responsibilities

• Take charge of 3 FCDs comprising 730 dormitory residents and 60 workers.
• Manage in-house and outsourced security officers at various facilities.
• Conduct weekly dormitory inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Administer monthly incentives and penalties for violations.
• Ensure dormitories’ housekeeping and living standards are met.
• Liaise with all MOM/FEDA and government agencies on dormitory matters.
• Maintain record for the registration/out-processing of all residents.
• Attend to emergencies and security access issues after hours.
• Arrange bus transfers between dormitories and factories.
• Submit investigation reports for incidents and compile weekly reports.
