Job summary

A local Buddhist organization in Singapore is looking for a Front Desk Officer to manage daily operations and foster relationships with donors and devotees. Candidates should hold at least a diploma and have a minimum of 2 years in customer service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for maintaining relations with diverse stakeholders. The position requires flexibility to work on public holidays and is open to Singaporean citizens only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

• Able to work on Public Holidays, CNY, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk Department.
• Liaise with Donors and Devotees and maintain a good relationship with them.
• Responsible for the smooth operations of all Donor Relations events.
