A leading electronics company in Singapore seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to promote DJI & Hasselblad products in multiple retail locations. Responsibilities include engaging customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing stock and merchandising. Ideal candidates have a diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in consumer electronics. This role requires a six-day work week including weekends, with potential earnings based on sales performance.
The DJI Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling DJI & Hasselblad products at designated retail stores, including the DJI | Hasselblad Fusion Flagship Store at Orchard Road. This role involves engaging customers, demonstrating product features, assisting with workshops and live streaming events, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The consultant will support multiple retailers based on an alternate schedule to ensure maximum coverage and sales performance. Overall monthly salary can reach SGD 3,000 – 4,500, depending on individual sales performance, commission earnings, and incentive achievements.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Actively approach customers to introduce and promote DJI & Hasselblad products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales conversion.
Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs.
Coordinate and host product live sessions and workshops to enhance customer engagement and brand exposure.
(For the Orchard Road DJI | Hasselblad Fusion Flagship Store): Possess camera sales experience or solid knowledge of camera systems, photography, and videography to assist customers effectively.
Retail Support Across Multiple Stores
Support other retail stores as needed.
Ensure brand consistency and sales performance across assigned stores.
Adapt to different store environments and maintain strong relationships with retail staff.
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on DJI’s latest products and features.
Educate customers and retail staff on product usage and selling points.
Conduct mini‑training sessions or workshops for retail teams when needed.
Stock & Merchandising Management
Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and well‑stocked.
Report stock levels and request replenishments as needed.
Maintain in‑store branding consistency.
Sales Tracking & Reporting
Track daily sales performance and customer feedback.
Provide reports on sales trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activity.
Suggest improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
Work Schedule
Required to work a six‑day work week, including weekends and public holidays based on store operational needs.
Education Required:
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Candidates with strong technical or photography knowledge are preferred.
Working Experience Required:
At least 1–2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or camera products.
Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, or live streaming is an advantage.
