Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Lead to support the onboarding process for new agencies and financial advisors.
• Act as a key liaison between agents and underwriters, addressing queries and facilitating smooth communication.
• Update and maintain comprehensive agency records to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Partner with management to develop and implement best practices that align with established service standards.
• Compile, analyze, and present monthly performance reports during meetings, ensuring compliance with intermediary agreements.
• Perform sanction checks and maintain up-to-date records and statistics.
• Keep abreast of market trends and share relevant insights with team members.
• Manage distribution email communications by routing cases to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with policy administration teams to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of documents to intermediaries.
• Assist the corporate services team during agency and intermediary events.
• Embrace a holistic approach to professional development aligning with corporate values.
• Engage in self-training and regularly assess personal performance to ensure compliance and productivity.
• Support management team with any additional responsibilities and assist in special projects as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• ACII, ANZIIF, or a Degree/Diploma in Insurance.
