Job Description:

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the daily high-quality management of client relationships and the timely execution of all client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers. The customers will have specific reports due at different dates and times.

  • This role does involve travel within the client base and interstate from time to time when required.

  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

  • Arrange error investigation reports as required for customers.
