Business, logistics, supply chain, or a related degree.
Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, with proven success in air and ocean freight.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning.
