• 10+ years of experience in Programme, Portfolio, or Change management, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge and experience in Change Leadership.
• Understanding of change governance standards and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group-wide Investment Portfolio prioritisation approach.
• Provide insights into the health and performance of the portfolio.
• Drive the Group’s Investment Portfolio planning process.
• Facilitate investment reviews and allocation meetings.
• Collaborate with individual Businesses in change management.
