Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity.
• Connections and deal-sourcing capabilities for Pre-IPO projects.
• Demonstrated capability in deal execution and due diligence management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess investment prospects aligned with group’s global strategy.
• Originate and conduct comprehensive financial modeling and due diligence.
• Support execution of deals including negotiation and documentation.
• Perform market and sector research to inform investment decisions.
• Track and report portfolio company performance.
