Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.
- Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Establish clear sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Revenue Growth
- Drive enterprise-level new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close large, complex sales opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Regional Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within APAC.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at key regional industry events and conferences.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a Senior Sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding Enterprise Sales targets and scaling revenue across APAC regions
- Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Background in telecommunications, technology highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
