A global technology company is seeking a Director of APAC Sales Strategy & Operations. This role will act as a Chief of Operations, driving strategy for the APAC Sales Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations, project management, and significant people leadership experience. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, shaping the GTM strategy, and coordinating critical projects across functions. This position offers a hybrid work location, balancing remote work and time in the office as needed.
The Director of APAC Sales Strategy & Operations is a key business advisor who will function as a Chief of Operations to our Head of APAC of LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS). The role is focused on driving strategy that will accelerate the growth of the LSS APAC organization and enable our field sales team to be as productive as possible through effective operations management.
This individual will be responsible for driving data‑driven decisions around business strategy in partnership with sales and cross‑functional leadership, designing and implementing strategy enhancements through our sales planning process and leveraging sales analytics and operational improvements to drive action and improve the productivity of the team. He or she will also be a key member of a global sales strategy & operations leadership team, supporting global initiatives.

The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with executives and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and excels in a challenging, extremely fast‑paced environment. The candidate will be able to handle highly sensitive confidential and non‑routine information supporting a rapidly changing organization.
