Key responsibilities

• The Lead's responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive Generative AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends for the region. They lead the identification and prioritization of AI-powered business opportunities, focusing on high-impact use cases across various functions like sales, marketing, supply chain, insights, and reporting. This involves translating business requirements into scalable architectural designs for Generative AI models, frameworks, and solutions.
• The Lead builds and manages high-performing GenAI teams, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role also involves managing the full lifecycle of the GenAI platform, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Furthermore, the Lead acts as a Generative AI advocate, communicating the strategic value of GenAI to senior executives and stakeholders while aligning solutions with enterprise standards for responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance. This includes defining and overseeing AI governance, ethical AI use, and compliance with data privacy regulations within the region. The Lead identifies, establishes, and manages strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and other organizations to expand the GenAI platform's capabilities. They also represent the organization in the AI landscape, staying updated on the latest advancements and shaping the future of AI within the industry.
