Summary

Our esteemed client who is a leading player in this field is seeking for a senior leader to head her Rewards, Executive Compensation, and Board Advisory practice in a key regional hub. This role based in Singapore, offers the opportunity to shape regional strategy, drive high-impact client solutions, and lead a top-performing team, while advising C‑suite and board clients on complex compensation and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Lead and grow the firm's Rewards, Executive Compensation, and Board Advisory practice across a key regional hub, shaping strategy and market positioning
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and board clients, influencing executive compensation, governance, and strategic reward decisions
  • Drive the design and delivery of complex compensation programs, including long- and short-term incentives, equity plans, board remuneration, and special incentive arrangements for IPOs, M&As, and startups etc
  • Bring deep subject‑matter expertise in executive compensation, with strong knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, governance, and accounting considerations
  • Represent the firm externally through thought leadership, industry forums, and strategic engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering excellence, accountability, and continuous development
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • More than a decade of experience in rewards and compensation, either in the private sector or consulting environment
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to originate, deliver, and oversee sophisticated client solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
