• Minimum 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Tax advisory experience in fund structuring and/or real estate M&A.

Responsibilities

• Fund structuring and tax structuring of carried interests.
• Tax due diligence of real estate holding entities and funds.
• Advise on tax matters for IPO projects, including REITs.
