Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Singapore. The responsibilities of the Director, Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Associate include managing a diverse portfolio of cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on corporate and commercial law matters, and representing clients in litigation and arbitration. The role also involves conducting legal research, liaising with clients, and collaborating with team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Additional responsibilities vary by seniority level, including supervising junior team members and managing client relationships at higher levels.

• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, including experience with cross‑border disputes, litigation, and international arbitration
