Role Summary

As Director / Senior Director – AI Business and Product Development, you will drive Synpulse’s AI‑driven initiatives, shaping products and solutions that keep us ahead in rapidly evolving markets. This role combines strategic vision, product ownership, and hands‑on execution to deliver innovative offerings aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities
• Act as product owner for AI‑driven solutions, from ideation to launch
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and oversee execution
• Collaborate with financial services clients to tailor AI solutions to their evolving needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 10 years in relevant capacity
• Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management)
• Hands‑on experience in building AI solutions and managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle
• Strong track record as product owner with go‑to‑market execution
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver AI projects with measurable impact
• Passion for AI through building and thought leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
