Job description
Responsibilities
- Migrate/guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/ IB
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
- Attend to corporate account customer to fill up form if online applicationrejected.
- Assist customer to submit e-financing.
- Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required
