Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Regional Digital Strategy Manager to architect strategic digital offerings in Singapore. You will translate deep local cultural and consumer insights into award-winning, integrated campaigns that span the entire digital ecosystem for Chinese and Southeast Asian brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive, insight-driven digital and integrated marketing strategies for a prestigious portfolio of Chinese overseas and leading Southeast Asian local brands.
- Design and orchestrate innovative campaigns that integrate data, technology, content, social media, e-commerce, and emerging platforms to deliver unified and impactful brand experiences.
- Analyze the SEA digital consumer media landscape, and competitive dynamics to identify market opportunities and emerging trends, serving as a trusted authority internally and externally.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and account management to ensure strategic excellence and flawless campaign execution.
- Contribute to the agency’s regional thought leadership by producing points of view, case studies, and participating in industry forums to elevate the agency’s profile.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning or digital strategy within a renowned 4A advertising agency network in Southeast Asia (e.g., Ogilvy, WPP, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu).
- Deep regional expertise with hands‑on understanding of digital, social, and cultural nuances across key SEA markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with experience servicing both local and international brands.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching large-scale, multi-channel digital integrated campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex strategies compellingly to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to core business objectives and growth.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage for liaising with China HQ and servicing Chinese clients, but is not mandatory.
