Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio and play a dual role in product management and business development. The incumbent will manage the full product lifecycle, define product vision, drive enhancements, and ensure customer needs are translated into successful product strategies. In addition, this role requires partnering with sales and leadership to explore market opportunities, develop partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Define product positioning, vision, and roadmap while guiding product development from conception to launch.
  • Evaluate product functionalities and propose enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Conduct market research and technology trend analysis to explore new opportunities.
  • Develop and present business proposals for product expansion or new initiatives.
  • Build and manage strategic partner relationships that strengthen offerings and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support business development, including client engagements, pitches, and solutioning.
  • Drive initiatives to grow market share, improve customer experience, and differentiate SimplifyNext products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or Science (Computer Studies); AND
  • At least 12 years’ work experience in digital product management, with demonstrated success managing product portfolios and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to balance technical delivery with commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in consulting, technology services, or B2B product environments is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
