    Design a delightful, empowering experience to shape the customer and partnership dynamics with banks
    Conduct market research and analyse to identify consumer banking trends and customer needs

  • Product Development

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop consumer banking products and features.
    Define detailed product requirements and specifications.
    Manage the product development process, including prioritizing features, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.

  • Product Launch and Go-To-Market

    Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches.
    Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch and make necessary adjustments.

  • Product Optimisation
