The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business goals.
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to produce engaging content for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Managing and optimising the company’s website, online store, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Planning, controlling, and optimising the digital marketing budget across multiple channels.
  • Running A / B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, preparing monthly reports, and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and tools to continuously improve strategy.
Ideal Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO / SEM, or Social Media Marketing, ideally within the consumer / e-commerce / retail industry.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM optimisation, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into strategy.
  • Highly goal-driven, able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player who can collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
