About the role

Capital C Corporation is seeking a talented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Based in our Tai Seng office, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve the company's social media performance
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
  • Proficient in the use of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and analysis
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Knowledge of using CapCut or video editing tools, as well as Meta Business manager
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on social media data and insight
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
