Job description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be integral to shaping and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence. This position involves developing and launching innovative social media contents, campaigns, promotions and product launches that drive sales and boost brand visibility that drive sales and boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Marketing – Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies and content calendars across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and XiaoHongShu) to support brand, digital marketing and campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aligned with broader marketing efforts. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and coordinate engaging content, including short‑form videos and reels, social media posts.
  • SEO, SEM & Content Marketing – Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, and technical) and SEM campaigns (Google Ads etc) to improve organic search rankings and online visibility. Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversions, and ensure cost‑effective spending.
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing – Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Continuously track CTR, CPC, and ROI, optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and audience targeting.
  • Website Management & Maintenance – Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience for better engagement and conversions. Track website analytics and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Email & Lead Generation Campaigns – Create and implement targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp to nurture leads and improve conversions. Use segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Campaign Planning – Develop, implement, and manage cross‑channel marketing campaigns, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines. Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards. Generate reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Competitor & Market Research – Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Conduct ongoing research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, mass communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills, with working proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong skills in creating brand awareness, data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suites, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
