Roles & Responsibilities

Techwise Offshore Consultancy provides design & engineering, marine assurance and project consultancy services to the marine, offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries.

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Digital Marketing Executive to support our business expansion within the offshore and marine industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain client database.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media updates, newsletters, website content, and online campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and presentations tailored to marine clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Liaise with oil & gas companies, marine contractors, shipowners, shipyards, and partners to strengthen client relationships and brand visibility.
• Assist on Admin and HR duties.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and / or marketing; experience in the offshore / marine industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with maritime terminology, industry practices, and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced industry environment.
