Job summary

A leading company in food manufacturing based in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of their online shops. The role includes developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, creating and managing content, and analyzing performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry, a degree in marketing or business communications, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies, particularly in social media. Job description
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of online shops(platforms such as Shopee, Lazada/RedMart, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), live commerce, KOL collaborations, paid ads, and SEO
  • Creating and managing content such as product information, product photos, videos, and RTBs
  • Analyzing performance metrics, data, and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or Business Communications
  • At least 2 or 3 years working experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Digital marketing & content strategy
