Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Director will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts. You’ll manage client accounts, drive performance, and build a high-impact team. This role blends leadership, analytics, and hands-on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, content, and social.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns.
  • Expand into new verticals (e-commerce, app installs) and markets (China, global).
  • Manage and mentor account managers and media buyers.
  • Oversee client relationships and ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with founders and tech/product teams on growth initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, ad spend, and ROI across platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and analytics dashboards.
  • Report performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support hiring, training, and SOP development for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations on budgets and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance and alignment across international entities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership (agency or in-house).
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, media buying, and analytics.
  • Hands-on with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Xero, and Pipedrive.
