We’re a fast-growing premium fragrance brand in Singapore, and we’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who’s young, driven, bubbly, and deeply passionate about marketing fragrance products, not just managing posts. Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
Performance & Digital Marketing
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimising ads campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Support performance reporting and make data‑driven recommendations (ROAS, CAC, CTR, A/B tests).
  • Help optimise our website & product pages for conversions (Shopify, CRO fundamentals).
  • Track customer behaviour using GA4 and other analytics tools.
Branding & Creative
  • Support development of brand campaigns for new scents, seasonal collections, and hero products.
  • Work with creators and UGCs to produce high‑quality content.
  • Ensure brand visuals and messages stay consistent across all touchpoints.
Content & Social Execution
  • Assist in crafting content calendars for TikTok, IG, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Coordinate shoots, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, hooks, and creative formats that drive engagement & sales.
E‑commerce & Launch Support
  • Support product launch timelines for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada & Shopify.
  • Help execute email campaigns.
  • Assist with ambassador/affiliate operations.
Who You Are
  • 1‑3 years of real experience in marketing consumer products (beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or similar).
  • Must have minimum 1 full year working specifically on marketing products.
  • Experience in branding and campaign execution.
  • Data‑driven with a strong interest in performance metrics.
  • Familiar with Shopify, basic paid ads, GA4, TikTok/IG content formats.
  • Eager to learn, fast.
  • Bubbly, positive energy, proactive personality.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to hit deadlines.
  • Loves experimenting, testing, and improving ideas.
