A high-performance training facility in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketer to generate leads for personal training clients. You will manage paid ads on social media, create engaging content, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and a passion for fitness. 🚀 Digital Marketer (Lead Generation for Personal Training Clients)
Location: Singapore (Remote or Hybrid)
Company: Construct Gym
Construct is a high-performance training and recovery space in Singapore built specifically for personal training. With premium Arsenal Strength equipment, HYROX gear, a cold plunge, and sauna facilities, we’ve created an elite environment for results. We’re now expanding our in-house coaching team - and we’re looking for a digital marketer who can help us bring in clients ready to start training.
Your mission is simple: generate consistent, qualified leads who want to train with our in-house personal trainers. You’ll handle marketing, ads, and traffic - we’ll handle sales and fulfillment.
In this role, you’ll run and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), create and test new ad creatives and hooks weekly, repurpose gym videos and success stories into short-form content, and write direct, high-impact copy that drives clicks and messages. You’ll also track and report on weekly performance metrics such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Your KPIs are clear: generate 40 qualified leads per month at a cost per lead of $12 or less, maintain at least a 20% lead-to-consult conversion rate, achieve a 3x or higher return on ad spend, and produce 3–4 Reels and 7 Stories each week.
Compensation includes a base pay of $500 per month plus 1% commission on every closed sale generated from your leads.
Performance will be reviewed weekly based on lead flow and CPL, monthly for KPI and commission payout, and quarterly for potential pay or role growth if you consistently hit targets.
