Job summary

Job description

In this role, you will develop and execute digital strategies to help strengthen public awareness and understanding of energy issues.

You will be required to create compelling content, run digital campaigns, and work with various partners to amplify the client’s messages across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for using digital communications to help shape public understanding of Singapore’s energy landscape.

Job Scope:
  1. Support the implementation of digital communications campaigns to strengthen public awareness and engagement on energy issues and EMA’s initiatives.
  2. Manage day-to-day content updates and postings across EMA’s digital platforms including social media channels, the corporate website and internal communications.
  3. Develop and adapt digital content, including copywriting, visuals and multimedia, to support communications campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Coordinate digital campaigns and assist in tracking performance metrics and analyzing results.
  5. Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure communications activities are consistent, on message, and effectively disseminated.
  6. Assist in identifying content opportunities and apply relevant best practices where appropriate.
Requirements:
  1. Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in digital communications, social media management, campaign management, content creation, or related fields.
  2. Strong track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns that drive audience engagement and growth across platforms.
  3. Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and functions.
  4. Team player with strong project management skills, the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Pro‑active self‑starter with ability to take ownership of projects and deliver independently.
  6. Hands‑on experience with paid and social media. Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) or video editing (e.g. CapCut) is an advantage.
Salary:

Assistant Manager: $4,500 - $6,000

Manager: $5,840 - $7,600

Mondays to Fridays office hours
Contract Period:

6 months (no extension)
