Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive account management by identifying business solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Grow revenue opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition of new clients.
  • Understand client business objectives and craft commercial proposals with support from cross-functional teams.
  • Present AiChat’s products and services to clients and prospects with clarity and impact.
  • Manage and optimize social messaging marketing campaigns and chat commerce projects for clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve user engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in client-facing account management or business development within digital, tech, or agency environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive business discussions.
  • Solid understanding of the digital customer journey and user experience principles.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Agency is a strong plus.
