This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining ticket updates, and installing/upgrading various operating systems. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
• CompTIA A+ or better certification.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution.
• Work with Third Party Vendors for complex AV issues.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, and support Windows OS and applications.
• Provide basic support for Mac operating systems.
