Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environment, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting
  • Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms
  • Handle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates
  • Support end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies
  • Process administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal
  • Generate regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status
Required Skills:
  • Min 1 yr experience in desktop troubleshooting
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent documentation and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
