Job summary

A leading real estate firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for Project Management of Asset Enhancement and Sustainable Urban Renewal projects. The role involves organizing and developing project briefs, liaising with external partners, and providing technical support on Electrical and Building Automation Systems. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in the built environment, particularly in asset enhancement initiatives, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
  • Project Management of Asset Enhancement / Sustainable Urban Renewal projects - giving old buildings a new lease of life
  • Organize and develop project brief, design criteria, costing estimate, planning of work, and procurement for asset enhancement projects
  • Liaise with external partners such as consultants/suppliers/contractors/vendors, and ensure that project schedule, quality, budget, interdisciplinary coordination, requirements and specifications are met.
  • Provide technical support, with focus on Electrical, Controls and Building Automation Systems to internal teams, for instance - Property Mgmt / Facility Mgmt teams, to help ensure our building operations are efficient and sustainable.
  • Collate sustainability data across the Company, support annual sustainability reporting, prepare materials for quarterly Board meetings or any ESG related meetings
Requirement
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or Engineering degree recognised by Professional Engineers Board, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in built environment industry with experience in asset enhancement initiatives / asset improvement works / retrofit works for commercial buildings/institution /mixed‑used developments
  • Knowledge in green building, M&E (with emphasis on electrical / controls / building automation), materials, and cost & contract management;
  • Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods and materials, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in construction projects.
  • Ability to calculate simple financial returns as well as appreciation of basic financial models.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Candidates who are Energy Auditors, and / or with hands‑on experience and knowledge in ACMV/BAS systems are preferred;
  • Possess robust analytical expertise and problem‑solving abilities, adept at identifying and tackling complex issues from multiple angles and crafting inventive solutions;
  • Ability to anticipate and prepare for the future, based on trends and insights. Collaborating with partners to plan and navigate complex and uncertain situations.
