The Enterprise Academy (EA) builds organisational capabilities that enables EnterpriseSG to stay ahead of the curve and deliver on its mission as an economic development agency. Our raison d’etre is to build a pipeline of next generation talent and grow future fluent Enterprise leaders.

Deputy Director

As a middle manager, you will coach and nurture a high performing team to enable their professional development, enhance job performance and unlock potential. You will play a key role in shaping and executing talent strategies in a domain area such as - Early Talent Attraction including Employer Branding, and Capability Development, taking an eco-system approach in engaging multiple partners for diversity of perspectives and building communities of influence.

Responsibilities in Early Talent Attraction & Engagement

You will own and shape the Early Talent Attraction/Employer Branding and Engagement strategy through to execution by developing deep insight of the early talent education landscape and market, applying relevant frameworks to move from and between strategy-execution-impact measurement, and implementing creative and innovative approaches.

You will oversee Early Talent initiatives such as EnterpriseSG Global Executive Scholarship, Internship and Management Associate Programme; managing the full-cycle process for early talent recruitment from Screening, Selecting through to Onboarding.

What you will be working on:

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing and measuring impact of on-off campus engagements, partnerships and talent attraction initiatives on EnterpriseSG Employer Brand and pipeline building
  • Representing EnterpriseSG’s work in economic development at relevant on-off campus platforms and engaging prospective hires, on-off campus communities, influencers and alumni
  • Designing and ensuring an exceptional and delightful experience to prospective candidates and internal partners in the recruitment journey
  • Driving efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness by optimising and re-imagining processes
  • Overseeing the team in managing Early Talent initiatives such as EnterpriseSG Global Executive Scholarship, Internship and Management Associate Programme
  • Guiding and working alongside the team in designing relevant in-programme engagement experiences and coaching interventions at scale that maximises effectiveness and impact
  • Establishing and monitoring success measures; translating data to actionable insights to inform strategy reviews and programme management
What we are looking for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be/have:

  • Expertise in human capital domain areas such as talent acquisition, graduate recruitment, talent management and development, or experience developing and/or executing similar early talent programmes and employer branding strategies
  • People management experience or demonstrated deep interest and passion for developing talent
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to deliver succinct, impactful presentations
  • Adept at building relationships with and engaging diverse stakeholder groups, with the resilience to drive change
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with and through ambiguity in a matrix environment
  • A resourceful self-starter with a learner mindset
  • Experience in process optimisation, recruitment technology, and using evidence/data based approach in translating data to actionable insights to inform decision making
