Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced electronics technician to explore new tools for board level repairs and perform troubleshooting on PCBA levels. • Contract: 1 year (renewable)
• Salary: $3,000-$4,500
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Explore and implement new tools and machines to upkeep the board level repair at the highest state of availability and readiness.
• Perform defect troubleshooting on PCBA level & equipment setup for testing or analysis.
• Perform failure analysis of defect boards used for both sea and land application.
• Perform refurbishment of electronics unit/assemblies

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience on printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA) troubleshooting.
• Experience in product level testing and debugging.
• Must be willing to learn and have a positive mindset.
• Understanding of quality and process improvement from card level repair to testing
• Able to work well in a team and independently as required
