A leading retail group in Singapore is seeking a candidate to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory and ensuring high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have store operations experience, enjoy customer interaction in a retail environment, and be able to handle products weighing up to 15 kg. This role involves a 6-day work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

The successful candidate will lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth execution of store activities, as well as responsible for achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and developing team members to deliver an excellent shopping experience. The role requires good leadership in managing inventory, planning promotions, optimizing manpower deployment, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
This position is a6-days work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
