Job summary

• To assist dentists in carrying out treatments.
• Ensure patients' comfort during treatment.
• Prepare treatment room by stocking dental materials and ensuring equipment are maintained and in tip‑top condition.
• Sterilization of instruments and maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist in adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
• Manage appointments and provide customer service to patients.
• Attend to queries from call‑in patients.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"N Level"/"O Level", Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player who is mature, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable).
• Dental Assistants with relevant dental experience will be compensated accordingly.
• Able to work evenings until 9pm (Shift work during clinic operating hours).
• IT literate.
