Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in executing recipes accurately, handling tasks like measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients.

- Follow instructions from senior chefs, working carefully to maintain consistency in product quality and appearance.
- Support quality control by checking products in your section for adherence to recipe standards before moving them forward.
- Report ingredient usage and shortages to the Chef de Partie, helping to manage stock efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Assist in minimizing waste by accurately following portioning guidelines and handling ingredients carefully.
- Learn from senior chefs by observing and practicing skills, enhancing your knowledge and efficiency in production techniques.
- Continuously seek to improve your skill set by learning new techniques and staying informed on industry trends as directed by the Chef de Partie.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience with similar role in bakery manufacturing environment.
- Candidate with Certification in Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Candidate with Food Safety Level 1.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, including measuring, mixing, and proofing.
- Familiarity with bakery tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain a clean workspace.
