Job summary

A leading automobile company in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Coordinator responsible for the final preparation and movement of cars for customer delivery. You will manage delivery slots, ensure vehicles meet presentation standards, and prepare necessary documentation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service within the automotive sector, possess a valid Class 3 driving license, and be familiar with Microsoft Office. A dependable team player with good communication skills is desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and automotive industry preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving license required.
• Comfortable with traveling between showrooms.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the receipt (from PDI department) and acceptance check for cars due for delivery.
• Final preparation and movement of cars at the delivery centre for delivery to customers.
• Arrange final detailing of car prior to delivery.
• Preparation of delivery documents and packs for the Sales Executive.
• Monitor on the PDI status report.
• Ensure the correct registration plates are fitted to the cars.
• Must be able to do basic car feature explanation to customers.
• Manage delivery slot reservations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery bays.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable with travelling between our showrooms
• Minimum ITE or Diploma preferred
• Preferably at least 3 years' experience in customer service and the automotive industry
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Dependable and responsible
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
