Job description

The Delivery Manager supports full life cycle of managed services for the customer. As a Delivery Manager - Managed Services your responsibilities include –

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client/IBM stakeholders and influence global client stakeholders, maintaining trusted relationships across regions and business groups.
• Leading AMS (Application Managed Services) programs for global Warehouse Management Solutions in 3PL environments.
• Account financial management, including pricing models, proposal development, P&L.
• Optimize operational excellence, ensure delivery as per the contract.
• Manage teams with required upgrade in knowledge management with Manhattan WMS versions.
• Contract/SoW negotiation, authorship, and navigating multi-layered approval processes.
• Delivery leadership for managed services engagements, managing Manhattan WMS AMS teams to meet SLA, productivity, and operational KPIs.

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Manhattan WMOS (2017 and active versions), including configuration, integration, testing and warehouse operations alignment. (Preferably 5+ years)
• Extensive experience (approx. 10 years) leading AMS (Application Managed Services) programs for global Warehouse Management Solutions in 3PL environments.
• Deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain & Logistics, with a specialized focus on Warehouse Management Systems and operational excellence.
• Significant experience as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing end‑to‑end WMS AMS service delivery and establishing QA best practices for system stability and performance. (preferably 5+ years)
• Strong project management experience (Min 10+ years) with exposure to account financial management.
