Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs to drive growth and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate with UX designers on workshops and usability testing.
• Lead project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Gather and translate business/user requirements into clear user stories.
• Analyze needs to guide test case development, process improvements, or business model design.
• Coordinate implementation efforts with stakeholders.
• Support security initiatives to minimize risk.
• Plan and oversee system performance testing and UAT with quality engineers and users.
• Continuously improve operations and streamline workflows in collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking for product growth.
• Experience with web and business process system implementation.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Skilled in creating business cases and user stories.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work independently under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to learn new technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum/Extreme Programming) and UX development environment (bonus).
• Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation (bonus).Experience with agile tools like Trello, Confluence and JIRA (bonus).
• Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods (bonus).
• Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and/or SaaS systems (bonus).
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (bonus).
