Summary
  • We are seeking Accounts Executive (Temporary) to support our finance team during the audit preparation period.
  • The successful candidate will assist with accounting entries, verify transactions for accuracy, and help organise financial records to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Must familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Navision !!
Job Scopes
  1. Assist in recording daily accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, journals) into the accounting system.
  2. Ensure entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported with documentation.
  3. Perform basic reconciliations (e.g., supplier statements, bank transactions, petty cash).
  4. Check and verify accounting entries to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  5. Organise and prepare schedules, supporting documents, and reports required for annual audit.
  6. Flag discrepancies or missing documentation for follow-up and resolution.
  7. Assist auditors by retrieving documents and providing clarification where necessary.
  8. Support the preparation of full set of accounts for audit purposes.
  9. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records (digital and hardcopy).
  10. Help ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close activities.
  11. Assist with data entry, reports, and other finance-related tasks as assigned.
  12. Support the finance team in any administrative work linked to the audit process.
