  • Industry/ Organization Type: Retail

  • Position Title: Debt Recovery Officer

  • Working Location: Central

  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Shift hours: Morning 9.30am – 6pm, Afternoon 11am – 7.30pm)

  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + AWS

  • Duration: Permanent


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide customer support via phone, live chat/online platforms, and home visits to clarify payment details (amount paid, outstanding balance, etc.) and follow up on payments.

  • Assess customers’ situations and propose suitable alternative payment arrangements (e.g., revised dates and amounts).

  • Handle customer enquiries and support case renewals.

  • Review customers’ profiles and supporting information (e.g., CPF, income tax, car leasing, credit bureau) to determine eligibility for an instalment plan and provide recommendations.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
