We are seeking a Manager-level person to join our Corporate Finance services. In this role you will deliver innovative deal solutions to clients, providing advice and support from initiation through to deal completion. You will manage projects, pitches and engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.

  • Involve in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, IPOs and other corporate finance work.
  • Independently manage projects including pitches and engagements.
  • Responsible for deal execution and project management.
About you
  • Degree in Business/Finance related field and/or MBA qualifications.
  • Min 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.
  • Proven experience and success in deal execution and project management.
  • Ability to build & run financial models independently.
  • Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and manage a working team of senior associates and/or associates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and evaluation skills, accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enjoy working as part of a multi‑cultural team.
  • A self‑starter with high level of initiative.
