Deal Advisory Consultant

We are looking for a Deal Advisory Consultant, who will be helping clients create and defend shareholder value. We deliver exceptional management insights in the areas of deal strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, transaction advisory services, forensic services and litigation support.

In this role, you will:
  • Contribute to the development of proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Conduct comprehensive research on clients, industries, markets and competitors
  • Perform due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Provide valuation analysis across various industries using accepted and relevant methodologies and theories
  • Develop appropriate financial models and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional delivery of client service
We are looking for people with the following:
  • Ideally a degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • An advanced degree in financial engineering or related fields is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with all levels of personnel
